Caulk can crack, separate, discolor, or deteriorate over time, leaving joints looking unfinished and allowing moisture into areas where it does not belong. Bathrooms, kitchens, sinks, backsplashes, trim, and other transitions commonly require periodic renewal.
We inspect the existing joint and surrounding surfaces before beginning. Failed material is removed where necessary, the area is cleaned and prepared, and an appropriate sealant is applied for the intended location.
The new bead is finished carefully for a clean appearance. Areas with underlying water damage, mold, movement, or deteriorated materials may require additional work before resealing and are reviewed separately.
