Toilet projects can range from replacing a worn internal component to removing and installing an entirely new fixture. The condition of the existing toilet, shutoff valve, water connection, mounting surface, and flange area can all affect the work required.
For replacement installations, the existing toilet is removed as agreed and the accessible mounting area is reviewed before the new fixture is installed, secured, and connected. For repairs, the problem is assessed and applicable components such as fill valves, flush mechanisms, seats, or accessible connections can be replaced as needed.
After the work is completed, the toilet is tested through normal operation and accessible connections are checked for visible leaks.
