Exterior sealant protects joints and transitions that are regularly exposed to sun, temperature changes, and moisture. Over time, old caulk can crack, shrink, separate from the surface, or lose flexibility.
We review the accessible areas requiring attention and the condition of the surrounding materials. Failed sealant is removed where appropriate, surfaces are prepared, and a suitable exterior sealant is applied to the agreed joints.
Caulking cannot correct every source of water intrusion. If deteriorated siding, flashing, roofing, or another underlying condition appears to be involved, that issue should be evaluated separately rather than simply covered with new sealant.
