We review the full project list and photos in advance so the work can be organized around your schedule. Multiple compatible tasks can often be handled during the same visit, reducing the need to coordinate several different appointments.
For move-out projects, we can focus on the agreed repair and restoration items. For move-ins, we can also help with mounting, assembly, hardware, and other setup work.
