Chandeliers and pendant lights often require more planning than standard ceiling fixtures because weight, hanging height, ceiling conditions, and visual alignment all affect the finished result. This is especially important over dining tables, kitchen islands, stairways, and high or open ceilings.
Before installation, we review the fixture specifications, mounting hardware, existing electrical box, accessible wiring, and intended height. The fixture is assembled as required, securely mounted, connected, and carefully adjusted for the desired position. For multiple pendants, spacing and alignment can also be reviewed before installation.
If additional ceiling support, box replacement, or other modifications are required for the selected fixture, those items are identified and discussed separately.
