Pocket and bifold doors use specialized tracks and hardware that can wear, loosen, or move out of adjustment over time. Common symptoms include dragging, uneven gaps, doors coming off the track, difficult movement, or panels that no longer close in the correct position.
We inspect the accessible track system, rollers or pivots, guides, door alignment, and related hardware to determine the source of the problem. Adjustments or replacement components can then be completed based on the existing system and available access.
Because some pocket-door hardware is concealed inside the wall, projects requiring wall access or more extensive repair are identified and discussed before that additional work begins.
