Small hardware components have a major effect on how a door operates. Worn hinges, damaged strike plates, loose latches, broken stops, and failing closers can create problems even when the door itself remains in good condition.
We review the existing hardware and the way the door is operating before determining what needs to be replaced or adjusted. Compatible replacement components are installed and aligned with the existing door and frame wherever possible.
After installation, the door and new hardware are checked together to verify movement, closing, and normal operation.
